The booking site uses your logo, your colors and your web address, and emails come from your address. Payments go directly to your Stripe account; paid plans take no booking fee.

Questions chambers ask
Do members need another password?
No. Members sign in with a 6-digit code sent to their email. Nothing to remember, nothing to reset.
Does this replace ChamberNation?
No. It reads your member list every night to set prices. Nothing changes in ChamberNation, and you keep managing members there.
Where does the money go?
Straight to your organization's Stripe account. Starter and Business take no booking fee. The Free plan keeps 2% of each member payment.
Can it be on our own website address?
Yes, on Business: for example rooms.yourchamber.org, with email sent from your address. Every site also gets yourname.roomreservation.app the day you sign up.
What happens when the trial ends?
If you don't choose a plan, your site moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted; rooms and features beyond the Free plan are paused until you choose one.
We use GrowthZone, not ChamberNation.
GrowthZone is next on our list. Until then, the Starter plan lets you upload your member list from a spreadsheet.
Which door locks work?
UniFi Access today, through its own API or a webhook your IT person controls. Kisi is planned.
Who owns our data?
Your organization does. We store and process it to run your booking site, and you can export bookings to a spreadsheet at any time.
