1. Scope
1.1 Who this covers. This Privacy Policy covers personal information that Aprative LLC ("we", "us") collects on https://roomreservation.app and from people who sign up for or administer an organization's account on RoomReservation.app.
1.2 Booking sites. Each organization's booking site has its own Privacy Notice. For personal information about the people who book with an organization, that organization decides how it is used, and we process it on the organization's behalf.
2. Information we collect

2.1 Cookies. https://roomreservation.app sets one cookie when you sign in to the platform console. It does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.
3. How we use it
3.1 Uses. We use personal information only to create and secure accounts, send sign-in codes and account emails, bill subscriptions, provide support, prevent abuse, keep financial records, and comply with law.
3.2 No sale. We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. We do not send marketing email without your consent.
4. Who receives it
4.1 Service providers. We share personal information with service providers that process it for us under contract: website hosting and database providers, our email delivery provider, and our payment processor. We also disclose it when the law requires it, or to a successor of our business.
4.2 No cross-site tracking. We do not track you across other websites, and we do not allow third parties to do so through our site. Our site does not change its behavior in response to Do Not Track signals.
5. How long we keep it

6. Your choices
6.1 Access and correction. You may change your name in your account. To review, correct, or delete other personal information, email hello@roomreservation.app. We respond within 30 days.
7. Security
7.1 Safeguards. We protect personal information with encryption in transit and at rest and with access limited by role. Sign-in codes are stored only in a form that cannot be read back.
8. Children
8.1 Age. Our site is for organizations and their staff. It is not directed to children under 13.
9. Changes and contact
9.1 Changes. We post any change with a new date and email account admins about material changes before they apply.
